This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and secure new sales agreements with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise line operators through direct engagement and negotiation.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and business growth.
• Achieve and surpass sales turnover and margin objectives, in alignment with company goals.
• Work closely with designated distributors to ensure compliance with contracts and smooth implementation of agreements.
• Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to improve their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to discover new hotel openings and business opportunities, either independently or with support from the distributor network.
• Strong alignment with the company’s values regarding environmental respect and sustainability.
• Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, possessing a proactive, individual, and team-oriented results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Italy, with occasional short trips abroad as necessary.
• Tech-savvy, skilled in Excel and online business applications, with the capability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
• Nice to have: prior experience or a strong understanding of the hotel supply industry across the region.
