Account Manager – Market Research, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for expanding accounts and upselling additional services to drive incremental revenue generation.

• Engage in lead generation and new business initiatives to support the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.

• Provide comprehensive guidance in developing sampling strategies and monitor the performance of fieldwork.

• Maintain excellent daily communication with clients, advising on potential obstacles and corrective actions to guarantee optimal service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Support clients from the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within online panel companies in market research.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Fluency in German is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Background in Research, Statistics, or Data Science is advantageous.
