This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive Customer Growth
• Take ownership of and implement a territory growth strategy for a substantial customer base
• Identify, engage, and nurture high-potential customers to boost revenue and retention
• Balance revenue growth with a “digital-first” approach, promoting the use of self-service channels
• Connect with customers through phone, video calls, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and discover opportunities
• Customize outreach efforts based on buying signals, customer personas, and targeted campaigns
• Educate customers on how to effectively utilize our website for research, ordering, and support
• Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to achieve or surpass sales targets
• Report progress and share insights with management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in engaging with internal or external customers to understand and address their issues
• Proven capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated resilience and persistence in reaching goals
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) is preferred
• Emulator feedback based discussions
• Illustrative benchmarks for performance
