This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for creating and executing effective strategies to enhance our clients' YouTube Channels.
• Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients.
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with the products and services provided.
• Offering hands-on assistance with YouTube growth, video marketing, and video production.
• Preparing and participating in client workshops.
• Compiling performance reports for clients.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales and Product teams.
• Managing accounts and guiding clients towards achieving success on YouTube.
• A passion for YouTube and video content.
• Owning a personal YouTube channel is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential (additional languages are a plus).
• A confident, customer-centric communication style, both written and verbal.
• Capability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bonus points for prior experience in:
• Initial exposure to SEO, online marketing, video production, or consulting.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Experience in video production.
• Working in an agency environment.
• Experience in a SaaS startup.
