This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the client lifecycle for a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts, prioritizing client retention and minimizing churn.
• Identify and influence the internal metrics of client success; ensure that key stakeholders comprehend, achieve, and assess the ROI from Bazaarvoice. Emphasize the quantification and documentation of measurable program and business outcomes to systematically demonstrate ongoing value to client leadership.
• Take the lead during critical meetings (e.g., Executive Business Reviews) and coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Technical Account Managers, Engagement Managers) to guarantee a cohesive, value-oriented approach.
• Serve as the business success authority to guide, educate, and collaborate with clients on marketing best practices, program health strategies, and the optimization of consumer-generated content.
• Anticipate and resolve program obstacles proactively before they affect the client, while working with sales colleagues to identify and facilitate upsell opportunities based on client challenges.
• Demonstrate client-centricity by utilizing troubleshooting tools, sound judgment, and exceptional support to consistently surpass customer expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in account management or client services managing Fortune 1000 clients, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Proven success in driving account retention, health, and revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities with a proven track record of developing and maintaining productive executive champion relationships.
• Ability to motivate both clients and internal stakeholders to take action, ensuring accountability for their commitments.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in marketing program management is highly desirable.
