This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients utilizing HubSpot.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
• Comprehend client business goals and customize HubSpot solutions to fulfill those requirements.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process and guarantee the successful implementation of HubSpot tools.
• Offer continuous support and training on HubSpot’s features and best practices.
• Recognize opportunities for clients to enhance their usage of HubSpot and stimulate business growth.
• Track client usage and success metrics, proactively resolving any concerns.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost client spending and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to assess progress, collect feedback, and inform them about new features.
• Prepare and deliver reports on client performance and the ROI generated from HubSpot.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide outstanding service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager for international clients, ideally in the SaaS or digital marketing sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to client management.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are advantageous.
