This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of around 400 members as their dedicated success manager.
• Cultivate strong relationships and engage members proactively based on their objectives, risks, and opportunities.
• Offer continuous support and guidance customized to each member’s financial and business requirements.
• Spot at-risk members and opportunities for expansion, driving retention and growth within your portfolio.
• Educate members about S Corporations, tax strategies, reasonable salary determinations, and the complete workings of Collective.
• Assist members with quarterly check-ins, estimated tax obligations, and ongoing business operations.
• Address member inquiries related to tax, accounting, payroll, and business management.
• Ensure timely responses to member inquiries within defined service-level expectations.
• Manage and resolve member requests proactively, escalating issues when necessary.
• Conduct proactive outreach and check-ins with members to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Keep precise documentation in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Complete assigned tasks and workflows promptly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to represent members' interests and enhance the overall experience.
• Foster trust through clear, professional communication across email, phone, and video.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax, accounting, or a related client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of S Corporations, small business tax strategies, and ongoing client relationship management.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, CRM, and workflow tools such as Xero, QBO, Gusto, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing a substantial book of business in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Resourceful, adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for supporting entrepreneurs in achieving success.
