This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the onboarding process and facilitate kickoff meetings to develop success plans that align with customer objectives.
• Provide product training with an emphasis on AI functionalities.
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients throughout Brazil and LATAM.
• Perform regular business reviews and success planning discussions.
• Monitor usage, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
• Work in conjunction with Support and Product teams to address issues and communicate customer feedback internally.
• Keep track of contract timelines and lead renewal discussions for assigned accounts.
• Maintain CRM and customer success tools with updated account information, interactions, and status.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal technology, law firm environments, or legal services (associate level experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (required - as you will be engaging with clients across LATAM and working with international teams).
• Strong interest in and aptitude for AI - capable of understanding, explaining, and training clients on AI-driven legal research tools.
• A strong problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to comprehend legal workflows and research needs (experience in international arbitration or investment law is advantageous).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data tracking, and reporting processes.
• Full remote work capability along with excellent communication skills.
