This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of large, intricate enterprise clients, engaging with CFOs, Finance Directors, Shared Services, and Transformation Leads.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for O2C and Working Capital, utilizing prior consulting experience to assist clients through business transformations.
• Convert AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation into tangible financial and operational outcomes (DSO, cash flow, productivity, risk).
• Develop value-driven success plans, establishing ROI, KPIs, and success metrics that align with customer business goals.
• Conduct executive business reviews, customer innovation workshops, and sessions focused on value realization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales on contract renewals, upselling, and expansions, providing a compelling commercial and value-oriented narrative.
• Act as the voice of the customer, shaping discussions around the Product and AI roadmap based on enterprise use cases.
• Proactively identify adoption challenges and growth opportunities utilizing customer health data and AI insights.
• Over 7 years of experience in a consulting, advisory, or transformation role within Order-to-Cash, Working Capital, or Finance Transformation.
• Proven track record of working with enterprise clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong comprehension of O2C processes (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management) and working capital drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate business value and ROI to senior finance stakeholders.
• Strong business and consulting acumen.
• Excellent business insight with the capability to connect technology to financial results.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities at the executive level (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Comfortable functioning as a trusted advisor and challenging customers when necessary.
• Experience in managing multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-savvy with an AI-oriented mindset.
• Keen interest in AI, analytics, and automation as applied to financial processes.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts (predictive scoring, prioritization, automation) in business terminology rather than technical jargon.
• Preferred experience with SaaS, data-driven, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
