This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating vertical videos ranging from 15 to 60 seconds that engage the audience.

• Create content that resonates with current trends in Minecraft, social media, and pop culture.

• Imitate existing editing styles effectively.

• Apply cuts, manage flow, adjust tempo, and pace to eliminate dead air and sustain viewer interest.

• Utilize music strategically, including considerations for BPM, genre choices, and smooth transitions.

• Incorporate sound effects to enhance immersion and narrative depth.

• Implement visual effects, such as keyframing, color grading, footage ingestion, and other techniques.

• Plan and schedule content across various platforms.

• Collaborate with team members by sharing ideas, feedback, and assets.

• Use Monday.com and Discord for collaboration, sharing edits, and coordination.

• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and continuously enhance editing skills and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in video editing.

• Proficient in YouTube Analytics and metrics such as Average View Duration (AVD), Click-Through Rate (CTR), AVD in the first 30 seconds, and Impressions.

• Competent in using Sound Effects (SFX) and Visual Effects (VFX).

• Outstanding communication abilities and proactive participation in team environments.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Consistently able to meet deadlines and manage project timelines.

• Capable of constructively incorporating feedback and adjusting editing methods.

• Comprehensive understanding of social media and pop-culture trends, particularly within the Minecraft community.

• Proficient in applying Look-Up Tables (LUTs) and color correction techniques.

• Ideally, experience with timecode syncing.
