Xactimate Estimator, Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate thorough and precise Xactimate invoices for completed water, mold, and fire restoration projects within 24 hours of completion.

• Gather supporting documents, including photographs and moisture logs.

• Submit complete claim files to insurance providers within 48 hours.

• Perform claim follow-ups on a consistent, alternating bi-weekly schedule.

• Ensure full payment is secured and minimize average days-to-payment across the portfolio.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment of scope, documentation, and job status throughout the claims process.

• In-depth knowledge of property insurance claims.

• Ability to diligently manage a high volume of active files.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Capability to identify discrepancies and effectively manage adjuster challenges.

• Proficiency in reaching out to clients for the collection of private payments.

• Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines for write-ups and submissions.

• Proven practical experience with Xactimate estimating and sketching.

• Familiarity with restoration software platforms such as DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or Jobber.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Secure utilization of personal devices, potentially using a VPN.
