This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support Account Executives and Sales Consultants with daily sales operations.
• Organize prospect meetings, teleconferences, customer evaluations, and ongoing communication.
• Develop, create, and present professional sales proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs.
• Produce quotes, sales presentations, sales orders, and contractual documents for customers and internal parties.
• Keep accurate opportunity records and ensure that CRM data is up-to-date and complete.
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with vendor and supplier partners.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and product availability in collaboration with telecom carriers and technology providers.
• Submit pricing inquiries and compile responses into comparative analyses of quotes.
• Assist with vendor registrations and onboarding processes for new opportunities.
• Communicate vendor support and escalation procedures to customers when necessary.
• Process and monitor customer orders from submission through installation and activation.
• Document closed sales and maintain precise revenue information within CRM systems.
• Aid in monthly revenue tracking and financial reporting tasks.
• Assist with contract renewals, service upgrades, and modifications to agreements.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and services.
• Provide timely status updates and facilitate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
• Aid in scheduling and carrying out customer calls, business reviews, and ongoing account activities.
• Maintain documentation pertaining to contracts, proposals, and customer records.
• Assist with reporting, forecasting assistance, and tracking sales performance.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, telecommunications, technology services, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience providing support to a sales organization in a dynamic, customer-oriented setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales management tools.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in developing relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in telecommunications, cloud, managed services, or technology solutions environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with carrier services, connectivity solutions, or XaaS offerings is preferred.
