This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives driven by key account closures and competitive conversions across all sectors of the healthcare market.
• Demonstrate and effectively convey clinical and product knowledge in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Manage relationships effectively with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
• Interact proficiently with advanced practice clinicians (Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, WOCNs, and Nurses) to influence product selection decisions.
• Execute the sales process effectively.
• Implement contracts and ensure successful penetration of key GPO and IDN awards.
• Maintain and expand penetration within existing accounts and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities efficiently, both internally and externally with customers.
• Plan effectively for territories and accounts (including pre and post-call planning) and targeting.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience is required; experience in outside sales within the Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with wound care and surgical markets is a plus.
• Additional experience in Business to Business sales is advantageous.

• Overnight travel, weekend work, and evening hours may be required (approximately 25-35% of the time).
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
• Experience with CRM systems is recommended (e.g., Salesforce.com, Dynamics).
