This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct structured sales conversations (1:1 via Zoom)
• Provide clear and binding guidance throughout the decision-making process
• In-depth understanding of the prospects' situation, motivations, and goals
• Empathetic handling of objections and uncertainties
• Goal-oriented conversation management focusing on sustainable decisions
• Documentation in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Close collaboration with the setting team and sales management
• You will work exclusively with pre-qualified leads - no cold calling.
• Proven experience in closing (high-ticket sales preferred)
• You view sales as consulting and leadership, not just a matter of following scripts
• Ability to quickly empathize with people and build trust
• Clean objection handling and clear communication skills
• KPI-oriented work approach and commitment to performance
• Willingness to regularly hold appointments in the evening
• Flexibility to conduct conversations on weekends if necessary
• High level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Permanent position or freelance model available
• Fixed salary + commission or pure commission model (depending on setup)
