This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify key independent agents capable of utilizing ISC's products to assist their clientele.
• Provide training to new agents and agency employees on ISC's products and processes.
• Regularly meet with agents and their staff at their offices.
• Expand your territory by adding more agencies that can contribute to growth.
• Drive both new and renewal production from your assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to execute business development initiatives.
• Assist in the introduction of new programs.
• Maintain the producer marketing database (Salesforce).
• Conduct product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Participate in various industry trade shows aimed at generating additional business.
• Travel up to 60% of the year.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4+ years of previous sales and/or marketing experience.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with an aptitude for navigating software efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year.
