This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth in new business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and maintain a target account strategy based on segments and customer profiles.
• Present and sell BluSynq by effectively articulating the ROI, efficiency improvements, and revenue effects of AI-driven call handling and booking automation.
• Facilitate a smooth transition for new customers to onboarding and Customer Success to ensure activation and realization of initial value.
• Establish a repeatable outbound sales approach.
• Lead the outbound strategy and execution through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Create and refine talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling techniques, and demo structures.
• Set pipeline creation targets and inspection routines that convert activities into predictable outcomes.
• Develop repeatable playbooks that address segments, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy.
• Provide structured customer insights and market feedback to Product and leadership to guide roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within the CRM (HubSpot).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to outreach, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to utilize partner channels and campaigns for pipeline generation.
• In the first 90 days:
• You will have established a clear target account list by segment and initiated outbound motions that yield qualified opportunities.
• Ensure CRM pipeline and activity tracking are organized, reliable, and maintained.
• You will have conducted multiple demos, advanced deals through the pipeline, and secured your first customers.
• In 6 to 12 months:
• A predictable sales engine will be operational, with outbound activities converting into qualified pipeline and pipeline converting into closed revenue.
• You will have closed a significant amount of new business, leading to steady growth in the BluSynq customer base.
• Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and demo flows will be documented and repeatable.
• You will be contributing to expansion beyond the initial vertical by identifying and testing new market segments.
• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a solid record of closing deals.
• Strong hunter mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating your own pipeline, rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Experience in managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Confident in conducting discovery calls and solution-focused sales conversations that align product capabilities with business outcomes.
• Experience in building or significantly enhancing a sales motion: process, messaging, cadence, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in selling within the marine management, storage systems, dealership platforms, or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with selling AI, automation, or voice/conversational technology products.
• Background in vertical market software or operationally complex environments where the buyer is typically an operator rather than a tech team member.
• Experience in startup or early-stage SaaS environments where you have had to build the sales motion rather than merely execute it.
