This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Accountable for the strategic expansion, scaling, and management of our international sales operations.
• Formulate both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at increasing revenue and promoting our Wave Relay MANET technology across commercial, industrial, unmanned systems, and government sectors globally.
• Establish partnerships with foreign military clients and utilize these relationships to generate direct sales opportunities.
• Oversee and guide the international sales team in their direct interactions with our clients in the international market.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the company’s global reseller organization.
• Identify and secure Foreign Military Sales (FMS) opportunities worldwide.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the international sales team.
• Supervise and assess reseller relationships, including pipelines, programs, and forecasts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the reseller network.
• Identify the largest international markets for Wave Relay® equipment.
• Evaluate potential Wave Relay® reseller partners.
• Ensure that team-identified agreements and programs with Persistent Systems and individual resellers align with the overall company's goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Organize and plan annual business and training meetings for resellers.
• Provide reseller strategies and forecasts to Persistent Systems’ Business Development and Sales teams.
• Travel to client and partner locations for programmatic meetings and events.
• Offer insights to the Engineering department regarding barriers to entry in international markets.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting government projects for foreign entities.
• At least 10 years of experience in foreign military sales with a focus on networking and communications systems.
• Proficient in project planning (including creating and managing work breakdown structures), project cost estimation, risk management, cost-benefit analyses, progress reporting, and identifying potential business partners.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must possess a United States Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
• A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
• 15 years of progressive experience in international sales and sales management is preferred.
• 15 years of experience in technical sales is preferred.
