This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to comprehend and document business processes and needs.
• Convert documented requirements into implementable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions utilizing declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
• Oversee the complete solution design and configuration process by leveraging Salesforce declarative tools and industry best practices.
• Manage the implementation of enhancements and new functionalities within the SFDC application suite, focusing on declarative solutions.
• Deliver training and support to end users on Salesforce and associated sales and marketing technology tools (e.g., Conga Apttus, Ironclad CLM, DocuSign).
• Communicate and collaborate with technical resources (Developers) and internal stakeholders regarding project status, technical challenges, and innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Employ Salesforce best practices for release management and facilitate changes from sandboxes to production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and application configuration.
• Identify system inefficiencies and gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and seek opportunities for updates and enhancements.
• Support the governance model by closely collaborating with all system partners to ensure minimal disruption to organizations within the Salesforce instance.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to proactively suggest improvements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross-cloud projects (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.) as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying business solutions utilizing information technology.
• Substantial experience in business analysis, requirements definition, and the deployment of business requirements to information systems.
• More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or consulting.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales and Support operations.
• At least 3 years of experience working with the SFDC product suite.
• Proficiency in advanced Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.).
• Intermediate understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, JavaScript) to effectively communicate requirements to developers.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and CLM applications is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; additional Salesforce Consultant certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with user training, documentation, and change management.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
