This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of essential Talent Management programs and processes.
• Aid in the planning and organization of learning and development initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and development activities.
• Help to structure, document, and enhance Talent Management and learning processes.
• Support project planning, tracking, and coordination for Talent Management initiatives and projects.
• Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for Talent Management projects and updates for leadership.
• Maintain and refresh training content, documentation, and internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
• Assist in communication with managers and employees concerning development programs and initiatives.
• Help with surveys, feedback processes, and ongoing improvement initiatives associated with employee development and engagement.
• Explore new digital tools, AI solutions, and market trends in Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Development.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field) with student status expected to be maintained at least until June 2027.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week alongside studies (with flexibility depending on university schedule).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel (including moderately complex spreadsheets), email, graphics applications, and basic project planning tools.
• Strong interest in digital tools, automation, and AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).
• Enthusiasm for new trends and best practices in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• A structured, process-oriented, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated with a hands-on mindset.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to propose new ideas and enhancements.
• Capability to work independently in a remote or flexible work setting.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in HR, consulting, project management, or student initiatives is advantageous.
