This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate with your department to provide solutions and ensure HR policies align with business objectives.
• Offer strategic insights related to organization development, global compensation & benefits performance, and talent development to support the effective growth of a rapidly expanding function.
• Deliver performance management advice to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
• Manage and address complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough, effective, and objective investigations.
• Identify training requirements for business units as well as individual executive coaching needs.
• Provide consultation and advice to drive improvements within your partnered teams.
• Offer guidance and insights on departmental structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the internet or blockchain industry.
• Results-driven, with practical experience leading challenging HR initiatives from inception to implementation—preferably in talent-related areas such as succession planning and team capability/roster evolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with senior stakeholders, effectively managing and influencing demanding stakeholders.
• High resilience under pressure coupled with a strong level of self-motivation.
