This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Assist in the daily operational HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and contract modifications (such as part-time arrangements, parental leave, sabbaticals, etc.).
β’ Manage employee master data and digital personnel records in Personio.
β’ Develop and update HR documents, templates, checklists, and reports.
β’ Oversee the maintenance and updates of the HR intranet.
β’ Aid in payroll-related processes, including the upkeep of absence and time-tracking information.
β’ Provide support for employee benefits, bonus and salary reviews, and modern HR technologies like artificial intelligence.
β’ Currently enrolled at a German university, either in the advanced phase of a bachelorβs program or at the onset of a masterβs program with a focus on human resources.
β’ Preferably, some initial experience in the relevant areas through internships, university projects, or similar engagements.
β’ Familiarity with common HR software is advantageous.
β’ A keen interest in and availability for a long-term collaboration (minimum of 1 year).
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
β’ Ability to work independently and stay organized, particularly in a virtual setting.
β’ Strong German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
