This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding procedures.
β’ Create and distribute employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and onboarding materials.
β’ Establish employee profiles across HR, payroll, and operational platforms.
β’ Ensure that all onboarding prerequisites are fulfilled before the employee's start date.
β’ Handle employee departures, system deactivations, and record retention activities.
β’ Gather, verify, and maintain employee compliance documentation.
β’ Track compliance expiration dates and proactively pursue renewals.
β’ Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure records are up to date.
β’ Escalate unresolved compliance issues as necessary.
β’ Keep employee records updated across HRIS, payroll, and document management systems.
β’ Revise employee information, including pay rates, employment status, leave entitlements, and contractual modifications.
β’ Ensure data integrity across all systems and platforms.
β’ Produce reports and maintain HR administrative records.
β’ Assist with payroll onboarding and employee setup activities.
β’ Coordinate amendments to employment contracts and changes in employment status.
β’ Aid in managing leave, entitlement, and employment record administration.
β’ Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.
β’ Preserve digital employee files and HR documentation.
β’ Upload and organize contracts, certifications, policies, and employment records.
β’ Ensure documentation is securely stored and adheres to company standards.
β’ Address employee inquiries regarding onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.
β’ Organize training assignments and monitor completion criteria.
β’ Assist managers with HR administration and employee record requests.
β’ Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation and required approvals.
β’ At least 2β3 years of experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator, or HR Support position.
β’ Strong knowledge of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Experience in managing employee compliance documentation and records.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems.
β’ Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
β’ Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
