This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Delivery of subject-specific instruction from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Development and implementation of diverse teaching strategies for effective course delivery
• Creation and regular updates of instructional materials
• Preparation and management of assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
• Involvement in quality assurance initiatives
• Commercial vocational qualification or degree with an emphasis on personnel or human resources
• Several years of experience in personnel management focusing on labor and social law, personnel leadership and development, personnel services, and temporary employment or staff leasing
• Evidence of pedagogical competence is preferred (e.g., AEVO)
• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
• Dependable, self-directed, and organized working style with a significant degree of personal accountability
• Proficient in German as the medium of instruction (C2 level)
