This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Act as a reliable HR Business Partner for senior technical and product leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business strategies and product objectives.
β’ Manage organizational and structural changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across teams.
β’ Aid in executing business strategies by identifying talent gaps, providing advice on workforce planning, and assisting in the development of high-performing, scalable teams.
β’ Guarantee an exceptional onboarding and adaptation experience for new hires and internal transfers within technical and product teams.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on personal development planning: facilitate ongoing discussions, monitor progress, and encourage continuous learning.
β’ Coach and mentor managers on leadership capabilities, team development, effective communication, and conflict resolution strategies.
β’ Organize team sessions, strategic workshops, retrospectives, and alignment meetings.
β’ Oversee succession planning efforts for essential technical roles and leadership positions.
β’ Recognize key performers and high-potential employees; work alongside managers to develop tailored retention strategies.
β’ Lead performance management processes within technical teams, ensuring clear expectations and quality feedback cycles.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, with at least 1.5 years supporting technical, engineering, or product teams.
β’ Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
β’ Strong command of Russian, both in written and verbal forms.
β’ In-depth knowledge of product development cycles, workflows of technical teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Experience in supporting managers and fostering leadership development.
β’ Demonstrated ability to navigate change, influence stakeholders, and manage complex team dynamics.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
