HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital HR point of contact, delivering comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and one-on-one check-ins to performance evaluations and offboarding—ensuring efficient and effective people operations;

• Collaborate closely with managers to implement and reinforce strong Performance Management practices, aimed at enhancing both individual and team effectiveness;

• Offer strategic advice and daily coaching to managers, aiding them in their development as people leaders and helping them confidently address HR-related challenges;

• Engage in the recruitment process, evaluating cultural fit, alignment with company values, and role expectations prior to extending job offers;

• Work in partnership with the Learning & Development team to identify developmental needs and synchronize growth initiatives with business objectives;

• Assess and improve employee satisfaction and engagement, providing insights and driving initiatives in collaboration with business leaders;

• Contribute to HR analytics by gathering and analyzing data to guide workforce strategy, performance patterns, and team dynamics;

• Support recruiters during the hiring process and play a role in recruiting new specialists.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR People Partner;

• Demonstrated experience in supporting teams, preferably in a multicultural setting;

• Strong understanding of employee evaluation methods along with practical experience in implementing various performance management tools;

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);

• Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
