This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively seek and directly engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn and various other platforms.
• Develop and sustain a qualified talent pool.
• Conduct initial contact and screening of applicants in both German and English.
• Organize and oversee the scheduling of interviews.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Personio) and assist with reporting.
• Play a role in refining our recruiting processes and employer branding strategies.
• Communicate with candidates in a professional and empathetic manner.
• You must be enrolled as a university student (with at least one year left in your studies).
• Available and eager to work a minimum of 12 hours each week.
• Proficient in both German and English, in writing and speaking.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or HR/service is an advantage.
• Enjoy engaging and collaborating with others.
• Strong affinity for tools and technology (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Work in a structured, reliable, and solution-focused manner.
• Annual training budget and well-defined career paths.

• Workation: up to 30 days per year within the EU.
