This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Extensive Sourcing: Seek out, identify, and engage leading sales talent across various states in the US for a range of sales positions.
• Speed & Scale: Provide a reliable stream of highly qualified, vetted candidates swiftly, ensuring quality is never compromised.
• Engage & Convert: Develop persuasive outreach that stands out and excites passive candidates about new career opportunities.
• US Sales Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the sales environment—you can distinguish between an SDR, an AE, and an Enterprise Account Director, and understand their motivations.
• Personal Toolkit: You have immediate access to your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat and possess a robust set of alternative sourcing strategies (we seek Boolean experts, community builders, and innovative hunters).
• Strong LinkedIn Presence: You maintain a professional, credible LinkedIn profile that candidates trust when you reach out via InMails.
• Geographic Flexibility: You are adept at sourcing across various US time zones and states, quickly adapting to local market nuances.
• Execution-Oriented: You are accustomed to working independently, meeting weekly pipeline objectives, and swiftly adjusting based on feedback.
• True Flexibility: Enjoy 20–30 hours a week that fit your schedule, provided results are achieved and you align with US time zones.
• Streamlined Process: Experience a lack of endless internal meetings or corporate bureaucracy—focus solely on sourcing, screening, and pipeline development.
