This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take responsibility for the primary sourcing of RBT and BCBA candidates throughout North Carolina and South Georgia.
• Review and prioritize a high volume of incoming applications on a daily basis.
• Maintain precise candidate records in Ashby and ensure that the entire recruitment pipeline is up-to-date at all times.
• Engage proactively with candidates on job and social platforms to warm up challenging markets prior to active postings.
• Conduct around 50 or more candidate interviews weekly, averaging between 8 to 10 interviews each day.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and BCBAs.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication between candidates and clinical teams throughout every phase of the hiring process.
• Submit daily End-of-Day reports before logging out each day.
• Provide weekly summary reports every Friday.
• Manage job postings and advertising budgets on Indeed, including ongoing optimization and expenditure control.
• Modify, pause, or enhance underperforming advertisements based on performance data.
• Maintain cost efficiency across all job advertising expenditures.
• Keep an accurate availability status in Google Chat and confirm active sign-in on Insightful following any system disruption.
• Operate efficiently across Ashby, Indeed, Google Chat, and Insightful.
• Assist in the onboarding and operational ramp-up of new recruiters as the team expands.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals within the US market.
• Familiarity with recruiting pipelines focused on RBT, BCBA, or similar licensure.
• Proven ability to consistently manage high-volume interview schedules.
• Experience overseeing job postings and advertising budgets on Indeed.
• Practical experience using Ashby as the main ATS for managing pipelines and tracking candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through, disciplined daily reporting, and the capability to juggle multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
