This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Corporate Services and Technology Talent Acquisition Managers.
• Conduct daily and weekly operational routines: pipeline reviews, requisition prioritization, blocker resolution, and activity monitoring.
• Establish clear expectations for both individual and team performance, and closely monitor outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to processes within the team.
• Build and sustain trusted, credible relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with senior hiring leaders to develop workforce strategies and define role specifications.
• Provide direct, advisory-level guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and deliver focused coaching initiatives.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to job offer and onboarding.
• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrable practical experience in recruiting talent in Corporate Services and/or Technology sectors, such as software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or architecture roles.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
• History of managing operational routines (pipeline reviews, requisition prioritization, performance tracking).
• Experience in coaching and developing recruitment professionals.
• Strong process adherence: proficient in using ATS platforms.
• Hands-on, results-oriented approach: comfortable managing personal requisitions while leading a team.
