This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.

• Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to discover and connect with potential candidates.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with client organizations' cultures.

• Develop and sustain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady influx of qualified candidates for both current and future roles.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey by acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

• Collaborate with the internal team to enhance recruitment processes continually and support the overall success of the talent outsourcing division.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter in an agency recruitment environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.

• Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
