Full-Cycle Recruiter – Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and securing candidates.

• Execute high-volume outbound sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

• Establish and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.

• Create inventive sourcing strategies to discover talent through both conventional and unconventional channels.

• Employ Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methods to find elusive candidates.

• Handle candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, priorities, and recruitment timelines.

• Monitor recruitment activities, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to enhance outcomes.

• Juggle multiple vacancies simultaneously while upholding speed and quality standards.

• Negotiate offers with confidence and guide candidates through to successful placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience (essential).**

• Proven history of overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

• Strong expertise in using **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.**

• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting settings.

• Proven capability to source candidates independently, rather than primarily depending on inbound applications.

• Experience in managing several active vacancies at once.

• Strong skills in candidate closing and offer management.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and focused on achieving targets.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring objectives.
