Working Student Social Media Marketing, Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the founders with daily operational tasks in the role of Founders' Associate.

• Generate innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance the social media content strategy.

• Develop posts guided by the editorial direction provided by the founders.

• Sustain and expand the LinkedIn presence by strategically posting content.

• Engage in the complete recruitment process, including job postings, active sourcing, pre-screening, and conducting interviews.

• Advance employer branding initiatives across social media platforms.

• Aid the sales team with preparations for trade shows and managing lead lists.

• No cold calling involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated initial experience and skills in social media marketing.

• Basic understanding of online marketing, preferably in B2B and content marketing on LinkedIn.

• Currently enrolled in at least an advanced Bachelor's program or preferably a Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., Online Marketing or AI).

• Passion for digital social media strategies aimed at attracting customers or applicants.

• Proficient in using AI tools or eager to quickly learn them.

• Clear, open, and direct communication skills.

• Healthy and realistic self-confidence.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and candidates.

• Strong ability to express ideas clearly.

• Independent, proactive work ethic combined with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

• Excellent academic performance is an advantage.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Confident communicator in English.

• Initial experience in recruiting is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Availability of at least 16 hours per week, with a preference for 20 hours.
