This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Interact with users on social media platforms for designated locations promoted as appealing holiday spots.

• Inform, engage, and inspire prospective visitors via email, community forums, and social media channels.

• Perform proactive engagement across various social media platforms.

• Research and provide relevant responses to inquiries promptly.

• Manage sensitive situations with attention and care.

• Work scheduled mornings from Monday to Thursday and afternoons on Monday and Tuesday, adhering to GMT timezone requirements.

• Install ModSquad security software and activate two-factor authentication on both the device and mobile phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English; with French as the primary language.

• Experience with travel.

• Exceptional writing abilities, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation, in both English and French.

• Capability to creatively express tone on social media platforms.

• Empathetic attitude towards handling sensitive situations.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Background in proactive engagement across social media channels.

• Professional experience in community and forum settings.

• Ability to quickly research and gather relevant answers.

• Knowledge of Ireland and its points of interest is advantageous.

• Experience with social media tools like Conversocial is a plus.

• Flexible availability and readiness to take on additional shifts at short notice are beneficial.

• Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a bonus.

• A dedicated laptop or desktop is required.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM is necessary.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Willingness to install ModSquad security software and set up two-factor authentication on both the device and mobile phone is required.
