AI-First Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Contribute to various insights reports aimed at clients.

• Collect and analyze performance metrics from social media platforms in accordance with company protocols.

• Develop expertise in Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

• Create AI-assisted workflows for data cleansing, initial analysis, chart creation, narrative drafting, and quality assurance checks.

• Utilize Claude, ChatGPT, and similar LLMs to analyze datasets, validate conclusions, and formulate and discard hypotheses.

• Verify AI-generated outputs against source information and pinpoint inaccuracies.

• Design visually engaging and consistently formatted reports and presentations.

• Produce content and strategic recommendations based on clients' social media account data.

• Compile recommendations into written formats for external stakeholders.

• Document prompts, workflows, and automations for team reference.

• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance report quality and client value.

• Update and manage reporting-process documentation.

• Monitor client and competitor social media accounts to gain insights into effective social media strategies.

• Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze data both quantitatively and qualitatively.

• Real-world, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools.

• Capability to articulate what you have developed, automated, or expedited, including any challenges faced.

• Healthy skepticism with the ability to confidently identify incorrect model outputs.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Social media experience is advantageous, but not required.

• Experience in creating and implementing social media performance reports is a plus.

• Familiarity with third-party social analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Social Insider is desirable.

• Knowledge of native social analytics tools like Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, and TikTok Analytics is beneficial.

• Basic scripting skills in Python, SQL, or Apps Script, or the confidence to develop these skills with AI assistance, is a plus.

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or agentic AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and custom GPTs is advantageous.

• A side project, script, or workflow created to solve a specific problem is a plus.

• Legal eligibility to work in Egypt without restrictions, or the right to work in Egypt via a visa.
