This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create marketing materials that align with brand standards, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, display-home and house-and-land documents, presentations, and email visuals.
• Develop and sustain reusable Canva templates for the broader team and franchisees.
• Modify master creative content into specific sizes and formats for various platforms across New Zealand and Australia.
• Edit short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Incorporate captions, motion graphics, music, color grading, and brand elements, ensuring platform-appropriate exports.
• Retouch and color-correct photography for properties and display homes.
• Prepare image collections for web, social media, print, and listings.
• Generate social media posts, carousels, and stories based on content calendars.
• Schedule and publish approved content on various social platforms.
• Maintain an organized and well-labeled asset library.
• Provide basic reports on reach and engagement metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance image, video, captioning, and copy production workflows while ensuring brand quality and accuracy are maintained.
• Propose methods to optimize and scale content production through innovative tools.
• Strong visual design capabilities in layout, typography, color, and composition, accompanied by a polished professional portfolio.
• Proficient in short-form video editing, including captions, motion, and music, supported by a published social video showreel.
• Experience in commercial-grade photo retouching and color correction.
• Detail-oriented and consistent work that adheres to brand standards with a strong focus on spelling, alignment, and export specifications.
• Practical current experience with AI tools for image, video, and/or copy production.
• Proficient in Canva, including the creation and management of brand templates.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience using a video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats and specifications, along with experience using a content scheduler.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Understanding of, or ability to quickly grasp, home-buyer preferences and market conventions in New Zealand and Australia.
• Capable of self-management, meeting deadlines reliably, and maintaining proactive communication across time zones.
• Experience in property, construction, real estate, interiors, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Previous work experience with Australian or New Zealand clients or brands is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, simple animation, basic web/email asset production, and photography or 3D/rendering is highly advantageous.
