Working Student – Sales Support, Customer Relationships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact with potential clients at the decision-maker level through email and phone communication.

• Qualify incoming inquiries, clarify requirements, and liaise with the Sales team to coordinate subsequent steps.

• Foster relationships with startups and SMEs to establish long-term partnerships and explore business development opportunities.

• Record contacts, activities, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring high data integrity.

• Develop and revise sales materials, including brief presentations, references, and components for proposals.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Lead while receiving direct coaching.

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at a university.

• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.

• Proficient in using digital tools, particularly CRM systems and office applications.

• Interest in or willingness to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• A diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously.

• Enjoy engaging with others and building professional, trustworthy relationships.
