French Speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Assist and provide guidance to customers through phone, email, and chat.

• Share comprehensive details regarding products and services offered.

• Handle inquiries and cases to guarantee clear and effective resolutions.

• Meticulously record customer interactions and transactions within the system.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

• Serve as a certified Coffee Specialist supporting a premier Nestlé Group client in the food and beverage sector.

• Adhere to scheduled working shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 19:00.

• Successfully complete a 4-week onboarding program at the Sarajevo office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French at C2 level is mandatory.

• English proficiency at B2 level is considered an advantage.

• Permanent residency in Bosnia and Herzegovina is required for remote employment.

• Exceptional communication skills, dependability, and dedication are essential.

• Eagerness to learn and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient computer skills are necessary.

• A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps is required.

• Use of antenna routers and 5G routers is strictly prohibited.
