Working Student – Quality Control Analyst, Heat Pump

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• High-level quality assessments: You will conduct remote evaluations and provide final approvals of acceptance protocols for heat pumps to guarantee our rigorous technical and safety standards.

• Insightful data analysis: You will gather and organize pertinent data from installations and acceptance tests to gain a comprehensive understanding of our performance.

• Error identification and resolution: You will pinpoint the most frequent sources of errors, comprehend their underlying causes, and meticulously document your observations.

• Champion of knowledge transfer and learning: From the documented errors, you will create clear educational materials and training content to help our field teams enhance their skills daily.

• Commitment to continuous improvement: You will leverage your insights to actively refine processes, streamline workflows, and boost the efficiency of our installations.

• Specialist in collaboration: You will collaborate closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustainably elevate overall quality to new heights.

• Academic qualifications: You are currently enrolled in at least two more semesters at a German university in a technical or engineering degree program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering).

• Preferred profile: You possess a strong enthusiasm for the heat pump industry — prior practical experience in the heat pump sector will make you an exceptional candidate.
