Planning Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of relationship processes with requesting departments.

• Engage in the planning of supply-related activities.

• Oversee the demand for goods and services.

• Forward requests for hiring or procurement.

• Contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

• Prepare procurements and manage their interactions with other processes.

• Develop and update the Procurement Plan to support the management and oversight of the procurement portfolio.

• Coordinate the creation of procurement documentation.

• Offer technical support for procurement portfolio management through monitoring reports.

• Gather and analyze data to create reports and documentation pertaining to procurement activities.

• Assess justifications and requests for generating purchase documents.

• Manage purchasing portfolios using SAP and other systems.

• Distribute and monitor items and services.

• Continuously support management in all supply management activities.

• Serve as a liaison, providing assistance and maintaining databases.

• Foster relationships with requesting and contracting departments.

• Monitor contracts and the progress of goods and services supply.

• Track and evaluate performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, Construction, or related fields.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Desired experience includes 5 years in procurement processes within the supply sector of large organizations.

• Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

• Familiarity with legislation and procedures related to public procurement and contracts in public administration and mixed-capital companies (such as Law No. 8,666/1993, Decree 2745/1998, Law No. 13,303/2016, and Law No. 14,133/2021).

• Strong technical writing abilities.

• Basic understanding of Power BI.

• Statistical skills for producing and interpreting measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts.
