State Filing Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare submissions and responses to objections in SERFF and/or FilingRamp across various states and jurisdictions to guarantee the prompt approval and implementation of ISO's regulatory filings related to insurance program coverage forms, manuals, pricing, and associated products.

• Ensure that all necessary filing forms, certification forms, and checklists are included prior to the submission of filings, and that the correct filing processes are applied.

• Monitor SERFF and email for incoming objections, communicating these to the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses. Request and convey extensions as needed.

• Liaise with Insurance department and Bureau staff regarding filings, objections, and inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in the P&C industry, with a preference for experience in state filings and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge and understanding of the current P/C marketplace.

• Familiarity with ISO products is an advantage.
