Working Student, Part-time Internship in Talent Management, Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the coordination and administration of essential Talent Management programs and processes.

• Help in the planning and organization of learning and development initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.

• Coordinate and support activities related to employee engagement and development.

• Aid in structuring, documenting, and enhancing Talent Management and learning processes.

• Provide support for project planning, tracking, and coordination of Talent Management initiatives and projects.

• Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for Talent Management projects and updates for leadership.

• Maintain and refresh training content, documentation, and internal platforms (such as SharePoint).

• Facilitate communication with managers and employees concerning development programs and initiatives.

• Assist with surveys, feedback processes, and continuous improvement initiatives tied to employee development and engagement.

• Investigate new digital tools, AI solutions, and market trends in Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field) with student status expected to be maintained until at least June 2027.

• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week while managing studies (with flexibility based on university schedule).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel (including moderately complex spreadsheets), email, graphics applications, and basic project planning tools.

• Strong interest in digital tools, automation, and AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).

• Keen interest in emerging trends and best practices in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.

• A structured, process-oriented, and detail-focused approach to work.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality.

• Creative thinker with a willingness to share new ideas and improvements.

• Capability to work independently in a remote or flexible work setting.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Prior experience in HR, consulting, project management, or student initiatives is an advantage.
