Working Student - Internal Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of our internal communications platform, Value Connect (MS Teams), providing editorial content that includes company updates and personal milestones of our team members (new hires, work anniversaries, doctoral achievements, completed exams, and much more).

• You will create and manage our intranet presence on Confluence, utilizing both text and visuals, with an acute awareness of what truly engages our audience.

• You will play a role in People & Culture initiatives, currently focusing on the development and implementation of our corporate culture centered around our values and behaviors.

• You will utilize modern AI tools to assist in your daily responsibilities (text creation, image generation, research).

• You will report directly to the VP of People & Culture and are encouraged to bring your innovative ideas — and we genuinely mean it.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing studies in communication, media, business administration, or a related field.

• You possess a strong command of language, are creative, and have an eye for appealing design.

• You work in an organized and autonomous manner — actively shaping your role and contributing your unique ideas.

• You are digitally proficient (familiarity with Microsoft Office and Confluence is advantageous — anything else you will learn with us).

• You have some experience with AI tools — or at the very least, a genuine interest in them.
