Communications Specialist II — Corporate Communications & Reputation

📋 Description

• Strategic Management of Reputation Index: Oversee, evaluate, and take accountability for shifts in brand perception, diagnose the underlying causes of variations in detail, and create intricate preventive and corrective action strategies.

• Comprehensive Reputational Analysis: Direct the cross-referencing and integrated interpretation of data concerning image, sentiment, and mention volume (from press, social media, and customer service channels), converting this information into actionable insights to foresee risks and discover opportunities to enhance the institution.

• Internal Advisory Role: Serve as a collaborator for the company's diverse business sectors (including Consumer, People (HR), and Legal), offering strategic counsel, identifying relevant topics, and developing integrated communication strategies that safeguard the company's reputation.

• High-Complexity Content and Positioning: Compose and validate official statements, reactive communications for pressing crises, and messages for critical stakeholders, ensuring technical precision, suitable tone of voice, and alignment with institutional objectives.

• KPI and Performance Governance: Compile, track, and present the performance metrics of the area, enhancing the quality of reports to ensure they provide direct strategic input for decision-making.

• Leadership in Budget and Administrative Oversight: Guarantee the planning, stringent management, and efficiency of the area's budget, directly liaising with Finance to optimize investments and oversee contract management and invoice processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or Social Communication.

• Relevant Experience: Proven expertise in corporate communications, with hands-on experience in managing complex acute crises and addressing image-related incidents.

• Expertise in Reputational Analysis: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools and methodologies for assessing image/sentiment (360° perspective), with the capability to convert data and visuals into actionable plans.

• Strong Writing Skills Under Pressure: Exceptional writing abilities and the capacity to swiftly produce strategic drafts of intricate materials (official statements and reactive communications).

• Budget and Administrative Management: Practical experience in budget planning and oversight, managing contracts with suppliers/agencies, and handling invoice transactions.

• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in reputation measurement tools, social media, media relations, and influencer marketing.

• Specialization or Advanced Degree: Postgraduate qualification in Crisis Management, Corporate Communications, or Branding is preferred.
