This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• We are looking for a proficient and meticulous Cisco VoIP telecommunications analyst to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise voice and unified communications systems.
• Collaborate closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to guarantee reliable and secure voice communications throughout the organization.
• Conduct and evaluate regular system backups and restorations.
• Provide training to employees on the appropriate use of information technology resources.
• Address and document issues through the IT support ticket tracking system and Help Desk inquiries.
• Escalate issues as required.
• Oversee information technology license compliance and alert the supervisor of any potential violations.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to every client.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technical field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of practical experience in network support or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications systems.
• Proficient in administering, troubleshooting, and supporting CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, Cisco IM & Presence, and Cisco Expressway.
• Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting protocols (SIP, SCCP, H.323) and voice gateways.
• Capable of managing intricate dial plans, route patterns, partitions, CSS, and call routing.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve call quality issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Demonstrated experience with data/telecommunications equipment, business productivity applications, and a solid track record of ongoing education and learning.
