Working Student – Innovation, AI & Entrepreneurship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for tasks and workstreams as part of the Innovation Exploration Program.

• Collaborate with global teams, experts, and stakeholders across various business units and functions.

• Manage work packages for international recruiting and innovation initiatives, encompassing concept development, content creation, rollout, stakeholder engagement, tracking, analysis, and optimization.

• Further enhance the global innovation community and ambassador network.

• Experiment with novel formats, content, and activation strategies.

• Evaluate submitted business ideas and opportunities.

• Assist in the screening and selection of teams.

• Critically assess ideas from venture, customer, and business perspectives.

• Test innovative AI tools, agents, and workflows.

• Create AI-supported methodologies for research, communication, community management, and innovation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Technology Management, or a related area.

• Able to commit to approximately 20 hours per week for around 12 months, while remaining enrolled during this time.

• Structured, self-motivated, and dependable working style.

• Eagerness to take ownership and contribute your own ideas.

• Proficient use of common AI tools.

• Interest in new technologies, automation, and AI agents.

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent German and proficient English language skills.

• Initial practical experience is a plus.
