This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in managing partnerships and in nurturing and enhancing existing partner connections.
• Create presentations, materials, and content for partner meetings, along with partner enablement initiatives.
• Maintain and update partner and sales information in our CRM systems.
• Aid in reporting and fostering internal transparency related to partner and sales activities.
• Engage in the ongoing development of process structures and sales operations.
• Provide support for our Solution Advisors, Account Executives, and bid management in daily operations.
• Manage administrative and coordinating tasks within the sales team.
• Organize and follow up on internal meetings and occasionally assist with customer appointments.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Prior practical experience through internships, working student roles, or university projects is advantageous.
• A keen interest in sales, partner management, business development, or IT consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong initiative, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
• A structured, organized, and independent working style.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in German at a native level or equivalent and fluent in English (minimum C1).
