This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Accountable for generating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and driving revenue within a designated territory.
• Target police departments, sheriff's offices, district attorneys, and public safety agencies.
• Own and surpass assigned territory quotas and sales objectives.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through various channels.
• Independently create, qualify, and advance opportunities within the specified territory.
• Provide support to Account Executives on active pursuits.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with law enforcement agencies and public safety departments.
• Perform ongoing market analysis utilizing competitor insights and customer feedback.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales position, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CLEAR or similar law enforcement investigative platforms or public safety technology solutions is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of law enforcement agency structures and local government frameworks.
• Working knowledge of government procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative purchasing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for law enforcement and government audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with social selling platforms and AI-driven sales tools.
• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.
