This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct meetings with **construction companies across Brazil**, presenting solutions in a consultative manner.
• Manage the pipeline, track metrics, and ensure predictable outcomes;
• Lead negotiations and closures with a focus on monthly targets;
• Prospect new leads and opportunities through multiple channels (social selling, cold calls, emails, AI, etc.);
• Monitor the initial post-sale process, ensuring a positive experience during the first months;
• Possess a digital mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.
• Proven experience as a **Closer/Sales Executive in the SaaS market**, managing the complete sales cycle;
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.);
• Willingness to travel occasionally;
• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.

• Experience in the **civil construction**, engineering, or sales sector for industry players;
• Mastery of commercial techniques such as **SPICED**, **Challenger Sales, and JOLT.**
