This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively acquire new customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within targeted companies.
• Deliver initial presentations of our services and qualify potential leads.
• Maintain records and documentation in the CRM, ensuring a structured handover to the team.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or new business development.
• Confident and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in written communication.
• Familiarity with consultative or technically complex services; experience in creative industries is advantageous.
• Strong self-organization skills, reliability, and a clear focus on metrics and objectives.
