Senior Technical Sales Specialist, Bioproduction Single Use Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer success across our cutting-edge product offerings.

• Utilize technical knowledge and a consultative sales strategy to uncover opportunities and foster robust customer relationships.

• Offer technical guidance during customer interactions and lead product demonstrations.

• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in achieving their research and development objectives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to facilitate groundbreaking advancements in science.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a life-science related discipline is mandatory, with a Master's Degree being preferred.

• Over 5 years of combined experience in sales or related functions, specifically within the bioproduction process, with a preference for Single Use.

• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or other related scientific fields.

• Strong technical comprehension of pertinent scientific workflows and applications is essential.

• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is required.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills are necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively.

• Capability to operate efficiently within a matrix organization.

• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the designated territory.
